PHYSICAL AFFECTION: He's not completely averse to touch, though he is hesitant and slow to warm with it. He tends to only allow it in short bursts depending on his mood. Trusted individuals can get away with hugs and hand holding. Maybe cuddling as long as it's strictly platonic. Anything more than a hug requires very specific conditions for him to be okay with and he may not always be receptive.
PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: Trying to fight him is fine, but he puts up more of a fight than one might expect for his stature. That is assuming he's in the mood to fight back.
ROMANCE/FLIRTING: You can try it. At best he'll let you down gently, and at worst you'll make him extremely uncomfortable and make him run off. He's not one you can jump right into flirting with due to his past. In fact trying to approach him romantically too quickly will result in him pushing the other person away and possibly avoiding them for a time.
SEXUAL CONTENT: He's very averse to it due to some unfortunate experiences in prison. It'd take a lot of time and reassurances before he'd feel comfortable even trying it again, and it's not a guarantee that' he'd get to that level either. It's nothing personal. As a note here, I play him as being 19, so he is of age, don't worry.

MEDICAL INFORMATION: Ryoma is small. Like really small. He's the shortest in his class at 3'5" (105 cm). He's rather muscular from his tennis training, particularly in his legs. He is 88 pounds (40kg) This is partly because of his height of course, but this is actually considered obese for him. The range is of course skewed because of his muscle mass however, as he does not look very overweight. (Muscle is denser than fat, therefore he's lean despite his weight). He doesn't have any physical health complications otherwise, but mentally he has depression and suicidal tendencies.

Ryoma is acutely depressed and has suicidal tendencies due to his past which involves the massacre of his family and girlfriend at the hands of the mafia due to his actions. He retaliated by using his tennis prowess and a custom metal tennis ball to murder all the mafia members. He does tend to refer to his status as a murderer frequently and does not shy from referencing his lack of will or reason to live. He also died in his canon due to this lack of will to live and will talk about it if asked. It involves bludgeoning, so be warned. A less acute warning could be that he often eats candy that looks like a cigarette. He doesn't smoke, but it appears like he does, and he fakes it sometimes. There also may be references to sexual harassment, since he experienced it while in prison.
